PAYMENT TERMS:
Once the auction is concluded, you will be emailed an invoice, you may pay in person when you pickup your items, there is a 3% Discount for Payment in Cash or Approved Check (Prefer Cashiers or Certified Checks). If you fail to pickup on time, your credit card will be billed for your purchases. Anyone who hasn't paid within 72hrs of the auction closing will have their card on file billed.

Please bring the tools, help, equipment, boxes, and the vehicle you need to take your items with you. Some items might be located in different areas throughout the property. Some walking may be required.
All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items. Keep in mind that some, most, or all of these items are used and may have some flaws, etc. We encourage you to preview the items in person if possible.
